How long does a session take?
Each session has a duration on 1 Hour, whether online or in-person at my practice.
What is the cost of a session?
Each session costs €80, and you can pay with cash, Revolut or bank transfer.
What days / times do your sessions fall within?
I offer sessions from Monday to Friday, including day time and evening bookings. It’s best to get in touch with me directly to work out a time that suits.
Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?
I offer some evening sessions between Monday and Friday, get in touch to arrange a time to suit. At the moment, I do not offer weekend sessions.
Do you offer remote / in-house services?
Yes, I offer both remote and in-person services. If your preference is for online sessions, I give you instructions when you book. I use Microsoft Teams to facilitate our appointments – you don’t need an account, I will send you a link.
Can I recoup costs from Health Insurers?
As an IAHIP accredited Psychotherapist, I am recognised by most health insurers. The level of reimbursement will depend on your policy, so you should check with them to see what your entitlements are.
